What is Ballroom Fitness? Ballroom Fitness is the fusion of modern Latin American  Rhythm and Ballroom dance steps with enhanced respiratory and circulatory efficiency movements. The main purpose of Ballroom Fitness is to improve cardiovascular endurance and fitness levels by combining a series of aerobic movements with modern Ballroom, Latin American and Rhythm dance steps in order to involve major muscle groups, to increase the heart rate. No partner is required and participants do not have to have any dance experience.

Enjoy dancing to Cha  Cha Cha, Tango, Salsa, Merengue, Foxtrot, Samba, Waltz, Cumbia, Bachata, Jive, Rumba, and much more! Its fun, easy to learn, and guaranteed to shed those pounds!  This is for all ages and fitness levels!  Call today for locations and class times.  All classes taught by certified and award winning instructors!    Always get a medical check-up before starting any exercise program.

While the primary reasons for kids participating in Ballroom Fitness is to have fun, spend time with friends and learn new skills, a major factor in why parents should encourage their children to participate in Ballroom Fitness is the health benefits that being physically active confers on kids. Regular involvement in physical activity has a number of benefits for children:

  • Reduces the likelihood of a child being overweight
  • Strengthens muscle and bones
  • Develops co-ordination, balance and flexibility skills
  • Improves stamina and concentration

So you don't have time for fitness. The kids need your attention. Work at the office seems to be consuming all your time. There is no more energy left at the end of the day to even think about your exercising. Perhaps it is not a matter of postponement, but priorities. Even the busiest of schedules has time for fitness activities.

5 Classes - $75

10 Classes - $120

These prices take effect Dec. 1, 2011.  Classes can be taken anytime within a 90 day period.  There are no refunds on tickets bought in advance for any reason.   Purchasing tickets gives your consent on these stipulations.  Prices and schedule subject to change without notice.
