What is Ballroom Fitness?  Ballroom Fitness is the fusion of modern Latin American  Rhythm and Ballroom dance steps with enhanced respiratory and circulatory efficiency movements. The main purpose of Ballroom Fitness is to improve cardiovascular endurance and fitness levels by combining a series of aerobic movements with modern Ballroom, Latin American and Rhythm dance steps in order to involve major muscle groups, to increase the heart rate. No partner is required and participants do not have to have any dance experience.  

Enjoy dancing to Cha  Cha Cha, Tango, Salsa, Merengue, Foxtrot, Samba, Waltz, Cumbia, Bachata, Jive, Rumba, and much more! Its fun, easy to learn, and guaranteed to shed those pounds!  This is for all ages and fitness levels! Classes can be taken anytime within a 90 day period.  There are no refunds on tickets bought in advance for any reason. Purchasing tickets gives your consent on these stipulations.  Prices and schedule subject to change without notice.
