Want to perform at the 1st Annual Ballroom Congress? Fill out the form below and we will let you know our decision based on our criteria.
Please submit all Registration forms by
July 1st, 2012 for approval of your participation. Participant
registration forms not received by the deadline may result in your
participation slot being reassigned to another person or group. Team Members not performing are not entitled
to this Special Price and will be treated as attendees.
We will provide a discounted
Congress Pass for members of our Selected
Dance Teams. Dance teams selected and ONLY the dancers actually performing
at the Florida Ballroom Congress will be eligible for access to the
discount rate. All performers must register to participate.
